Our staff  works with people across the globe to support and strengthen democratic institutions and practices – helping citizens to monitor their elections; training youth and women to take their first political steps; and assisting parliaments, political parties and civic organizations to instill more transparency and accountability in government.

Internships:

The Centre for Democracy and Development offers paid internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students — as well as young professionals — from diverse backgrounds who want to learn about national development focused on democracy , development and governance.

CDD provides young leaders with an opportunity to better understand how the Organization’s programs are designed, implemented, and evaluated. Internships typically last for three to six months.

Consultants:

CDD recruits highly-skilled technical consultants to support our program needs.

These opportunities include short- and long-term assignments. CDD has an open call for consultants and uses this pool to search for technical experts as needed.
