Fola Aina is a Research Assistant at King’s College London and an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).

His research interests include leadership in national security policy decision making, international security and grand strategy. He has worked as an Independent Consultant for the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars’ Africa Programme, Washington DC, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), London and the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), London. 

He has a PhD in Leadership Studies from King’s College London, an MA in International Development Policy from Seoul National University, MSc in African Studies from University of Oxford and a BSc in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
