Bashir Ahmad, the Deputy Director, Special Media Project/New Media, of All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), alleged that the 36 state chairmen of the Labour Party(LP) believed that Peter Obi could not win on Saturday's election.
