Introduction
The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) was established in the United Kingdom in 1997, and registered in Nigeria in 1999, as an independent, not-for-profit, research training, advocacy and capacity-building organisation. The purpose was to mobilise global opinion and resources for democratic development and provide an independent space to reflect critically on the challenges posed to the democratisation and development processes in West Africa. Our goal is to serve as the ultimate catalyst in the transformation of the West African sub-continent into an integrated, economically vibrant and democratically governed community that assures holistic security to the population and is capable of permanent peaceful conflict management.
As part of its operational needs, the CDD West Africa Katsina Office invites qualified vendors to submit quotations forthe supply of provisions and toiletries to support its daily office functions. The supplies are expected to be of high quality and delivered promptly based on scheduled requests.

ELIGIBILITY
Prospective vendors must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a registered business in Nigeria (evidence of CAC certificate).
- Evidence of experience in supplying similar goods to reputable organisations.
- Possession of a current Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Ability to provide timely delivery to Katsina.
- Demonstrated ability to offer consistent supply with reliable customer support.
REQUIREMENT
Interested and eligible suppliers are required to submit a proposal which includes:
- Quotation for the listed items (provisions and toiletries), including unit prices and total cost on your letter headed paper or quotation receipt.
- (CAC) Certificate or any proof of business registration.
- Evidence of similar past supply contracts.
- Tax Clearance Certificate (current).
- Delivery timelines.
Request for Quotation Closing Date
All proposals must be submitted on or before April 14, 2025. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
Method of Submission
All proposals should be emailed to: procurement@cddwestafrica.org using “SUPPLY OF PROVISIONS – KATSINA” in capital letters as the email subject.
